Dozens of interview recordings and notes become insights that set new-product priorities

Creator phone interviews run across several countries — recordings, transcripts, notes, and summary sheets scattered everywhere; manual consolidation is slow and leaky.

The goal

Hand this to a team of Agents

Drop the raw interview material (summary sheet + per-person notes) straight onto the Agent: it produces a first-pass summary, then hunts blank cells one by one; you fill the gaps and it re-checks, iterating to a final report — sectioned by country profile, product feedback, new-product priorities, and creator-enablement suggestions — plus structured data as the import source for the VOC system and a web version with no interviewee list.

#user-insights

Interview uploads, summary iterations, report delivery (all in one task's thread)

One task tracked end to end: In Progress ⇆ In Review as iterations flow

Post a room briefing

We're turning this batch of interviews into reusable insight. Rules: · Record first, then summarize: new material never gets mixed straight into existing conclusions. · Blank cells get an itemized list (whose answers to which questions are missing); a human decides whether to re-record or leave them blank. · 'Explicitly stated in the source' gets filled directly; 'inferred from context' must be labeled 'inferred.' · 'None / not yet' is a valid answer, not a blank — no force-filling. · External versions never contain interviewee names or accounts.
Workflow

How one task moves through the channel

01

Drop the material

The marketing lead posts the summary sheet plus new interview notes into the channel.

02

First summary

The Agent reads it in minutes and returns the core conclusions: trust thresholds, category preferences, packaging concerns.

03

Find the gaps

The Agent lists the gaps precisely — which interviewee is missing which questions, and how many fields in total.

04

Fill and re-check

Humans backfill and post it back; the Agent confirms what's still missing.

05

Final delivery

Full insight report + structured data + a web version without the interviewee list; the task moves to In Review.

Standing tasks

What repeats on its own, daily and weekly

Ongoing interview merges

New batches of notes get merged into the sample under the same definitions.

Ad-hoc business answers

'How many people endorsed this new-product direction' — the Agent answers with both a loose and a strict count.

VOC library deposit

Structured data stands ready; it loads the moment the system side provides an import interface.

Going further

Once it runs smoothly, add these

Reorganize the report along three business views — product / content / creator promotion — so each team reads its own.
Line interview insights up against platform review data to see whether what people say matches what they buy.
Distill what creators most need from the brand (scripts, certification assets, allowed and forbidden claims) and feed it straight to the creator-ops Agent as a brief template.
Tips

A few pitfalls to avoid

Have the Agent point out gaps rather than force-fill them — a blank in the interview notes and an omission are two different things.
Ask it to re-check the key numbers: the Agent has caught its own tallying bias during a re-check and corrected it unprompted.
When the downstream system is read-only, the Agent refusing to write is correct — build it a proper import interface instead of pushing it to work around.
